I am looking for a frame that I can build up around 34-37 pounds for trail riding and a little urban freeriding. I have a transition dirtbag right now but I want something with a little less travel (5-5.5).
I was thinking about the transition bottlerocket. it weights the same as my dirtbag but i can use a 160mm travel fork that weights alot less then my boxxer ride.
any suggestions for a frame and even a fork that weights between 5 and 6 pounds?

for urban and trail, you're better off going with a hardtail. look into the trail or park if you like transition. but look more into urban/dj/park hardtails, because they're made for street ans usually dont do too bad on the trail. look into the kona dirt jump series, specialized p series, things like that as far as completes go.

How about a transition Double singlespeed with a marzocchi 4x fork ( 110mm). If you do mainly dirt jumps and urban that would be perfect for your needs.:thumbsup:
