Hi,

I've been trying to upload to you tube but with no success.

It takes about 30 mins for a 2 min film.

Then once uploaded it says failed.

Any ideas?

The smallest file is 36,482 KB

Is it too big?

Try opening up that AVI in windows movie maker, saving it as a WMW, and trying again. Will give you a much smaller file size as I think the problem here is your internet.
