Hy!

Here's a few pics of my upgraded dawg matic.
(Fox Vanilla R,
Shimano Deore Hydraulic)

Thanks for everyone, who helped with advice.
And upgrade is in process, so any idea what part i should replace,
to make it MORE STABLE on rough descents, would be appreciated..

Thanks

nice progress on your upgrades. It is fun to upgrade! I have a vanilla on my kona HT and love the fork. Is that a comfort bike seat? that thing is so wide how do you get off the backand not get caught on it. You should get a specialized or WTB saddle and a pair odf cycling shorts with a chamios. more functional and quite comfortable with the right stuff.

.

maybe coil rear shock or have them pushed, wheels are always a good upgrade.

shorter stem,wider handlebars
You're perdectly right. I thought about those.

Handlebar-Have a beefy Specialized handlebar.
Stem-Maybe a Dimension stem (I'm attaching the pic. How is it look to you?)
Wheels-i'll buy in a few months. Which model to choose? Advice...
Coil rear-is it worth it? Get an expensive (DHX 4"???) shock
for an AM bike, that not ment to abusing or go big?

brakes and rotors

Might want to upgrade to an 8" rotor in front also.
Will it imrove the stopping power? Cos right now i'm not so pleased
with my Shimano Hydros...They're just not enough. Or maybe it's
the cheesy rotors?
