Is it possible to purchase a Stache 29er and use all of the components to upgrade my rummblefishII which I received as a replacement frame back in 2010 when I broke the Hifi Deluxe frame. My Rummblefish still has all the old components on. I want to install the correct travel G2 fork and wheelset that should be on the bike. I am thinking the donor bike is the most cost effective route to go VS piece by piece.

What he said. The 2010 RF was 135x10 (5mm qr) only. The ability to switch to 142x12 came along for 2011. Of the new Staches, only the lower level 6 comes with a compatible rear hub. Also, my Stache's headtube is an inch shorter than my RF's (2011, same front end as 2010), so you may have trouble fitting the fork. Also, a very minor thing, the Stache uses a post mount brake, so you'd need a different adapter.

Thanks for the replies I think I will just have the LBS order the correct fork and either have the hubs replaced or purchase a new wheel set.
