Although I haven't ordered from them recently, they have been excellent in the past. A good selection of harder to find parts for urban/street/DJ. And they build a great wheel.:thumbsup:

I recently ordered and recieved a pair of clingon II pedals from unrealcycles, and the shipping was fast and secure. I got my stuff in great shape. I'd recommend it. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of communication between me and unrealcycles. We did exchange emails or anything. I just paid for the pedals, and two or three days later they shipped 3 day priority mail. So... sweet deal, really. I'd recommend 'em, no problems!

I ordered some tires. A couple of days later I got an email saying, "We'll fulfill your order as soon as possible..." I emailed them a few days later to inquire about the order, They told me the tires should be in the next week. This bummed me out. I hate online stores that sell you stuff they don't have and they don't admit they don't have it and don't ask you if you want a refund.

So I emailed to cancel my order... Never heard a reply. I waited 2 weeks and called them up. They guy was nice and refunded me right then.

I'm done with them. I would definitely make sure they have the item you're trying to order.

well, like I said, I ordered some pedals from them, and they came quickly and in great shape. I had a no-problem, good experience w/ 'em.

Hey guys - I just ordered crankset. BB. and headset, got them delivered in a couple of days. Lewis (apparently the new owner) did a great job of getting me what I wanted, no complaints.
