I've orderd a few times with no problems but now I've had my first return item with them. I ordered a few chainrings & paid for overnight shipping via Paypal but then I got an email that it would ship within 2 days. I brung this up and Mike agreed to refund me $14 & change, the difference between the overnight & 2nd day rate.
No biggy I thought, then when the rings came, they had sent me 2 wrong ones. I called, talked to Josh got the RA# and also asked about the $14 -- No problem he says, he sees the balance on my account & will take care of the refund. Ok I think, its only $14 but this shouldn't be so difficult.
I sent the wrong rings back, get the new rings and remeber about the balance. I checked my Paypal & no refund. I email Mike again about either a refund or put the $14 towards a store credit since I need some tires and his reply is now "what was this refund for, I need some more info please?"
AARGH -- I cut and pasted every email for him...If they need the $14 that bad they can keep it. I'll buy elsewhere.
