It will be mostly beach sand. Then some snow riding when conditions are right. Our snow conditions a generally wet and heavy. I plan on doing long multiple day coastal trips. So, I guess flotation and light weight is a priority.

I'd go for some heavily drilled FT 100s then. You can get them in the 900g per rim range easily with 32 1 5/8" holes, and the float is unbeatable. Just don't use them for abusive trail riding at that point.
