trailadvent's in newsyland (NZ) and their models are a little different. Look at the steering wheel in the last pic: opposite by N. American standards.

I still occasionally have nightmares about driving in New Zealand. Turning right across traffic, those one lane bridges...

On the other hand, I've never been anywhere else where EVERYONE I met was so cheerful, helpful and friendly. The whole country must be boy scouts or something.

Oh yeah...I didn't notice the right hand drive. My brain tends to malfunction driving on the left side of the road and going clockwise on a roundabout. I used to look left when crossing streets in the UK. Got a few "darn American comments" actually it was more like "darn yank"....

Awesome guys, I like the trucks almost as much as the Es

Lowcel awesome dude youve just solved my bike loading delima cheers.

Yeah Bobs bang on the money shes a Kiwi truck right hand drive, 3.0litre Intercooled Turbo Diesel 5 speed manual 4WD, called a Hilux here in little old NZ, we don't get the Tacoma here.
Shes the biggest beast on the block here except for the US imports then she looks small though with our fuel prices shes allot cheaper to run.

88cents a litre compared to $1.35 for 98 octane oucchh.

I love the Torbo diesel throaty ness urgh urgh!

Enjoying the pics hope to see more, slightly different topic but interesting to see other ideas for hauling!

cheers:)

What became of your Id? Did Ellsworth take care of that for you?
Thanks for askin'
Sorry for the delayed response... Ryan at Ellsworth hooked me up with a replacement chainstay ( i had to pay for it - i bought the frame off ebay, so no warranty). the stay itself is a little beefier than the one i cracked... running fine and i'm building up a warranty one part at a time :p Thanks to Brad @ the shop for hooking me up by dealing with Ells even though they're not an Ells dealer... transaction was smooth and swapped within a couple weeks (Thanksgiving holiday and Katrina slowed things (UPS) down a bit.)

I replaced the Psylo Race with an AM1 and loving it!... though it's been weird going back to a squishy bike after ridin' the hardtail.... gears are nice too!

Now if i could just get my Xterra back from the bodyshop! (recent ice storm carnage)
all will be right in the world :p

Good to see you're up and running again. Too bad about the Xterra! Was that an ice storm?

I'm suprised your Id wasn't covered under warranty.
Ice Storm! you are correct sir!

Warranty doesn't apply to secondhand ebay purchases, sucks, but i knew the risks when i bought the frame...,Nice thing though is the part that was replaced, through a bike shop / ellsworth , that is now covered by warranty, hence my comments of building a warranty one part at a time :D

You should have traded that bad boy for a Moment and gotten a full two year warranty!

Hopefully, that stay will hold out for you.
