I posted a week ago regarding an older Ultimate bike stand I have that has some broken clamps which hold the bike in place. I sent an email to the new owner, Feedback Sports, and received a reply the same day from Lisa. Lisa looked at pictures I posted and put an order in for a new telescoping collar, tripod leg fitting and a campocket assembly for the clamp all under warranty. I feel Feedback Sports went well above the service I was expecting especially for a product that is at least at 8 years old. I know this is not the most exciting post but thought I should comment on great customer service in case anyone is shopping for a new bike stand. I know I will only recommend Ultimate/Feedback.:thumbsup:

Great story CZ. It looks like I am not alone.

I have tickets to Shoreline and may not be able to make it. You interested?

I wish man, I wish. Despite its proximity to my birthday and despite its relative distance from Austin, I did look into it and I cannot make it happen.

Thanks for keeping me in mind though!
