Correct...

the reason for this is pretty simple. The tread when rotated in the front direction is designed to give good cornering traction and best braking performance. When rotating in the rear direction it'll give better climbing traction. There are other tires out there that use the same design principle, but not many. Continental tends this way with many of their tires, the Mountain King series is one example.

Anyway, you are correct on the rotational directions. :thumbsup:
