Well, my experience so far is not so great. I have a saddle whose staples are coming off and needs to be warrantied. I got an answer to the email in one hour requesting pictures of the saddle (in the first mail I had offered to send pictures, but didn't actually did it because their spam filters could kick in). Never heard from them again, and that was more than one month ago. I let it go because one week after that I went on vacation. Let's see how the second round goes and I return from my vacations. Hopefully a little bit better.

They replaced my seat with a broken titanium rail. I run my seat fully back which puts a lot of stress on the rails. Response time and service were great. The new seat with NiCr rails has not had any problems. I like their tires too.
