Hey guys, 2 more quick questions:

1) How freely should a newly installed bottom bracket spin? Here is a video of what mine is like. Shimano ES-51. http://www.guilded.net/personal1/drivetrain2/MVI_1797.avi

2) Do I have my rear derailleur installed correctly? Is my B-Tension screw in the correct position?

it looks like your rear derailluer limit screw is not set right. If you have instructions for your shimano rear derailleur that will help you setting up the b tension screw. You set teh btension screw based on largest gear.

Your high limit screw doesn't seem to be set correctly from the photo. It's not possible to see whether your b tension screw is set correctly (it's basically making sure your upper pulley isn't touching the the largest cog, you need to have the chain installed, too). Check your low limit screw, too.
