I want to build a twisted spoke wheelset. Two spokes are twisted up, three twists. Any idea how to calculate the spoke length? Any tips/links? Thanks.

Can't help you, haven't seen the twisted spoke thing for a long time (a buddy of mine built a set), but why would you want one? Curious minds want to know. You might read this discussion too...http://www.bikeforums.net/archive/index.php/t-53271.html

Calculate your spoke length, then add 10mm. Worked on the twisted wheel I built.

And as to "why", it is supposed to make the wheel stronger. Wether or not that is really true is up for debate, but hey it looks cool too!
