I called Turner a few days ago to check the avaibility of cantilever brake bosses to mount on my new Turner frame so I could install mech brakes. I talked to Graig who explained me that they were out of them and would resume the production in a month from now. But Graig checked with one of his co-worker who happened to have a set at home and 3 days later the cant. brake bosses were delivered to my home.
I want to thank, on this forum, Graig and the Turner team for their excellent customer service and I feel very comfortable in my choice of the Turner brand for my latest bike.

I've called Turner on a few occasions, and while they usually answer promptly, I once had to wait for 3 rings before it was answered.

All kidding aside. Turner CS is the best in the industry. I hope it stays that way.
