After realizing the Truvativ Blaze wouldn't be good for me I'm now looking at a Truvativ Ruktion. My only question is are the chain rings removable?

Hmm...I can find the crankset through google, but Truvativ doesn't even list them on their site.

Logic would dictate however, that if you can buy the cranks separately, the chainrings would be installable, as well as removable.
Is there any way you could move this from Tooltime to Drive Train?

Yes, but it uses a different BB than the Blaze and its a tank heavy cast alloy crankset. For pretty much the same price as a Ruktion and Howitzer BB, you could get a FireX GXP which has superior cold forged crankarms and a external BB included.
