I had the same experience as Tinshield on my newly purchased 2020 Troy 29 Carbon bike.
A) it was impossible to install/aling the rear wheel in the frame dropouts without letting all of the air out of the tire
B) once installed, I had only 2mm of clearance between the tire and chainstay yoke
Mind you this was on Race Face Arc35 rim with Minion DHR 2.4 WT tire that come stock in this bike. For me, it was a deal breaker and I returned the bike for full refund. I think Devinci has some QC issues, as this was the 2nd bike they sent me, after some frame quality issues with the first bike that was shipped to me.
