Has anyone else been have trouble with the Fezzari return process? My daughter didn’t like the way her Fezzari fit and I have reached out at least six different times over the past three weeks. Each time I was told someone would reach out to me with an RMA and shipping instructions. It hasn’t happened yet.

Not so good news. I shipped the bike back to Fezzari just before Christmas. Fezzari has had both our returned bike and our money for almost a month now. We were told a week ago that PayPal was processing the credit, though we used a major credit card. Still no refund from Fezzari for a “love it or return it” process that began in late November, 2021.

The refund finally made its way to our credit card. After sending $6k with Fezzari before we purchased the bike we ended up returning, we were a little disappointed with the “Love it or Return it” guarantee.

Glad to hear everything was resolved. If there’s a silver lining, it sounds like they don’t have a lot of practice with returns, as in, they don’t get very many.
