That's almost an hour south of Trogville. Besides that, you'd still buy online or ebay and reprimand us for never riding.

I'm guessing that the majority of shop owners make significantly less than I do. Maybe someday I won't care. My house in Phoenix is paid for. Anyone know any good shops for sale there?

Yes I know of one
You and 3 other guys come up with $7250.00 each and you will have enough inventory to set up shop in the AZ area. So quite messing around and go rent a U-haul and drive to AZ and set up a shop already. It is just that simple. This is a total investment. Hire some one else to run the shop in AZ while you stay here until you are ready go to AZ. Like you said you already have a home there why not a business too?
The question you should be asking is 29K the retail price or the whole sale price for all the stuff.
If I had the money I would probably e-bay one thing at a time or just lot sale some of the stuff to a shop that needed it for a profit.
