I have an 08 EX8, I used a bigger tire that kinda rubbed on the back. I took some paint of the area where the tread sticks out the most, and could have gone deep enough to take away some aluminum as well. Is this a major problem as far as frame strength goes? Im no expert on the matter but Im paranoid.

Hard to say based on a description alone. If you want the replies to mean anything, you should post a picture so we can see exactly where and how deep the changes you made are.
