I have a Trek 4500 that I want to mount Avid 160mm mechanicals on. Is there a special adapter or bracket I can get too properly position the disc brake mount. The frame has disc brake mounting holes but they don't seem to be in the right place to mount the disc brake caliper.

Here are the parts #'s you need..

# 210648 (1)
# 210821 (2)
# 211045 (1)

Any TREK/GF/KLEIN dealer can order them. If they are out of the bolts, M5x10mm will work fine.
