I have a 01' Trek 4500 that I've setup as an SS, I want to put Avid mechanicals on it, but the 160mm mounting hardware for the rear doesn't match up with the frame on the 4500. Is there an adapter I need to mount the disc brake mounting bracket too. If so where can I find one?

Thanks

if you're chain stay has 2 threaded holes, this is a 22mm hayes mount, some brakes will fit on this with an adapter, but not to likely. all you can use is the hayes 22mm hydraulic caliper.
