sorry about the whining so you think i should put the extra money in for the 66 and does the vf adjust

why not a slider (it's lower than the 66 right?)
Slider would be certainly one of the cheaper options. I know that newish/used 04 Slider+ are going for anywhere from $200-500 online.

Yup! And in reply to if your fork is to high, it will throw all or your steering off and instead of making your bike super comfortable it will make it scary to ride and very weird steering.
