Is there a place online to get these, or just heavier springs.

Im getting a '05 Z1 for Christmas and it has 150mm of travel. The site says i can bring it down to 130mm. But I don't know how. Is it just adding a 20mm spacer to the negative spring. Do I have to cut the positve spring. Also I wiegh about 220, I know zoke forks are tough, but should I get tougher springs, then do the mod. Or should I just add a 20mm spacer the to negative springs without cutting the positive springs. (i've heard that adds preload) I want to do this change without spending too much $$. I just feel like 6" of travel is going to be a too much when im out riding around. Oh the bike is a Da Bomb sputnik.

I don't know about the travel kits other than they exist -

But, uh.... I got a 130mm '04 Z1 FR fork w/ETA thats NIB... wanna swap? I'll even throw in the new xtra firm "green" springs I've got. Does have the QR lowers though if that's a problem for you.

I'd be all over it if it werent for the qr20 and the fact that my wife hates when i get rid eof stuff she bought me for the bike.
