lots of water and power drinks. For riding a few hard but short efforts every other day should keep your power up and your body well rested. I been using that system with my son and he feels very sharp on race day. By short I mean like 5 one minute efforts with equal rest ,then 3 efforts and 2 efforts the day before the event. Make sure you do a 15-20 minute warmup also a equal cool down. Go an get them.mtncrawler said:Just curious,
