Training ideas for a newbie please ..

Hi,

I am a relatively unfit officeworker who has decided to do the 2007 Karapoti Classic.
I need your training ideas please.

Cool. I just bought block 7 perched atop the seat. All I can say is get outta da damn office and ride. best luck.

Yep, I have borrowed a bike for now and am hitting the trails.

well when ya sell all 2400 spots maybe ya can afford that Giant or whatever the bike is.

Yep.. thats the plan. Only 240 spots, so not long now.

and ps, the bike is a GT 2006 i-drive
