Hey guys I'm pretty dang new to mountain biking, been riding since Feb. I ride everyday after work and average about 10 miles a day. I've decided I'd like to do a local race which is the 20 k Black Bear Rampage in Copperhill TN on Sept. 8th. My question is like a few others I've seen but I seem to have more time to prepare. What should I be working on and what kind of schedule should I set up to prepare. I've rode about 14 miles of the trail the race will take place at.
