I am seeing more postings in which riders complain about Trail LED's customer service and a separate thread is warranted:

I have been writing to them for 2 weeks without a reply. :madman: There is no telephone number or other way to contact Trail LED besides email which they don't seem to answer. Seems very odd and not the way to do business :confused:

the just don't buy from them then, there are plenty of other cottage bike light makers who offer equal value but better service.
Agreed. No need in making a thread just to complain about it.

Unfortunately this is the disadvantage of dealing with a one man operation. There could be something going on in his personal life taking away from his time to make lights. You just never know...
