I am seeing more postings in which riders complain about Trail LED's customer service and a separate thread is warranted:
I have been writing to them for 2 weeks without a reply. :madman: There is no telephone number or other way to contact Trail LED besides email which they don't seem to answer. Seems very odd and not the way to do business
