Tora MoCo install

I have a tora 302 u-turn without the pop lock. Im considering adding the moco damper to the fork. What is involved in the install, can anyone tell me if ill need any special tools or anything. I have also read through searching that the argyle motion control with adjustable floodgate is compatible. Anyone know where i can find one of these, ive searched but no luck.
