A few months back someone posted up a home made dimpler setup for CS so I did
what I do best....Reveiwed and Duplicated it. I dimple a tube and it does it quite well I
was suprised.

Prebent in the JD2 and then into the smasher!!

What kind of bend quality are you getting with that JD2? There are so many mixed reviews about those benders, but for the price and the versatility I can't help but be tempted.

The JD2 is made for thicker walled tubing but it will bend thinner up to 25-30 degrees but
Can dimple the tubing to much that's what happen to this one so it made a piece for the
Smasher!

If I can get 15-20 degrees out of 7/8" .035 I'd be happy.

I think you'll be fine every once in a while the bends get a ripple or dimple thats
noticable Im thinking this is from the tube being a little under size but no hard facts

Desired but I did noticed that it tightened the radius also.
