When I was a boy in Europe I got to see my first set of naked boobs on a beach in Spain.

I can agree with CrankyMonkey, there are tata's umleashed on every beach in Spain. My roadie ride north up the coast is a feast I must say............. FANTASTIC..........CrankyMonkey said:

Its odd, there are far more dick stickers on OZ than in New Zealand, they still really lock you up unless you are in some sort of race in New Zealand with Dick Stickers....... ah, that's the thing though. you are conditioned to expect that sort of thing at a pool or a lake, not at a mountain bike race. it would be the same reaction if a guy walked around in a speedo in walmart, or a woman strolled around in a bikini in sears. how would the public react? they'd be outraged and the person would be arrested. its no different here...29Colossus said:

More concerned about the loose helmet strap.
Oh, yes, and it is very annoying to ride a bike with those because your goodies keep moving and trying to get underneath you.
Maybe the weather was hot?
Maybe he was bike-touring and had just gone swimming? I've seen that particular outfit many times before. It is so much better than soaked bike shorts--and it fits entirely into the under-seat flat-pack. lol!
As far as a that goes, maybe a sleeveless jersey and some far-shorter socks could have helped?
