Its no secret, but we'd love to splash the world with our plans for the park. There are lots of obstacles to overcome and we'd like to ensure the major ones are behind us.

So he does do house-calls. When my wife's bridesmaids called, he said he didn't do those and that they'd have to come on down and watch him on stage.

Seems like there'd be a lot of "land mines" to avoid

If there were major obstacles in place there would not have been a grant given for $10,000, right?

From what I understand, a lot of support is already there- I mean 10grrrr is a lot of cash to get for not having all your ducks in a row. Besides, I'm sure if the players were to reach out to our community- hint hint, it could go a long way as far as clearing some of the obstacles.

hoji, we are very close to the appropriate point in this project where we'll be shouting from the rooftops...

yes, we have our ducks in a row, but there is a real chicken-and-egg element: it's hard to plan w/o money and it's hard to get money w/o plans.

we learned our lesson from "area 28", whereby trying to reach out too early ended up convoluting matters.

we will most definitely be relying on the community to see this project to fruition. stay tuned.
