I rode Tom G's once this year. Up was in pretty good shape. Down was a bit rough. Bridges were super sketchy. Some not even rideable. Pretty unclear what the position is of the new owner of the top portion of the trail. Even still someone would need to take on the task of repairing the bridges.

Starting from about a hundred feet from the top of the climb, the entire downhill portion was riddled with logging roads and downed trees. It looks like maybe they are preparing to log it, or already had in some spots. It was indiscernible where this had occurred.
