Today's secret stash is only 10 miles from Idaho Springs.It's been legal to ride here for a few years now.Is it a secret stash?

Today's ride was a 22 loop from the I.S. recreation center,

Look like we are going to do this ride on Sat. and Saxon Mtn. on Sunday if any one wants to learn a couple of new rides let me know. This ride should a hoot and Saxon Mountain will be GNARLEY. Screening potential riders now Just kidding.

Saxon Mountain the ride up kinda sucks it's loose and rocky aah it's a good workout. The descent back to Georgetown is what you ride up for it's steep and technical! It's steeper than the descent from Silverdale to Georgetown which is what we will finish the ride off with. It's about 12 miles and takes 3-4 hours 3 ½ up 15-30 min. down. Probably a 9 a.m. start in Georgetown

FYI Triple Bypass this Sunday

Team Evergreen's Triple Bypass (large group ride) will be rolling through CCC this Sunday. If you are going to do Sunday's ride you might want to park in Empire and ride Empire Pass over to Georgetown.
