After I pumped up the old tubeless set a bit, it performed flawlessly. I had way more traction than usual, and I could tell the bike was significantly lighter as well. Whimp Hill was a breeze.....

No sweat...glad to help. BTW, it might not hurt to run it by the shop in the next day or two to check the amount of Stan's. I could see that it burped noticeably, and it wouldn't hurt to check that you didn't lose too much. If I'm not in, just tell Gary what happened. Good riding.

Texana??? Only tourists from New York City call it that...LOL! The "regulars" refer to it as "Bronte". As to this weekend, the weather is the major deciding factor at the moment. They keep changing it daily, so for me it's a wait-and-see type of deal. Check in at the shop periodically, and if you leave me your phone number, I can give you a call.
