What do all these extra numbers and letters mean? I've seen the ETRTO markings that say 62-622 for 29x2.5 tires, but "/110" and "M/C" and 35B are foreign to me.
If I had to guess:
54 = Tread width?
110 = Carcass width measured flat (bead to bead)?
M/C = refers to the 54 and 110, saying it's middle and carcass width?
35B = tire mfg specific code?
In the skinwall example attached, 54 is the tread width and 56 is the inflated carcass width on a standard sized rim idea for such a tire width (23mm?).
