Yet another question. I have found you can but a liner inbetween your tire and your tube, this is to keep objects from poping your tires.

Do you guys ride with this??
what do you use??
how much are they?

and last---it is worth it??

I don't use them. With the proper tire inflation I rarely flat, but since the possibility always exists I carry a spare tube, flat kit and a pump. I suppose if I was going riding in a place where flats were more common (eg: Arizona, Utah, etc.) I'd either use Slime or Stans No Tube stuff.

There are a lot of goat heads here. Lately I'm running slime which does the trick for thorns.

For pinch flats (happen anywhere) stan's is the only option. Be ware, there are some anti-stans folks that must do a daily search of threads and post gloom and doom. I've had great luck with stans and will probably go back after yet another pinch flat.
