Funny and sad at the same time. Funny how I tend to forget how the non-cycling world perceives cyclists. Sad they perceive it that way.

One day I was riding to one of my clients office, which I do regularly. This day it was the tail end of lunch time and some of the staff saw me riding in as they were driving back from lunch. I can remember the shock and surprise with the comment "you got into the left turn lane with the cars?!?!"

Glad you noticed that, too. That was the first thing I thought of when they showed the guy towing the chair. Would have been even funnier if it were a plasma TV on a skateboard!
