My tires are wearing and need replacing, and I had heard that Tioga Factory DH 2.10 tires fit more like 2.3 tires.
Is there any truth to this?

They are close in size to a typical 2.3 tire. They will be roughly 2.1 inches, where most 2.1 tires are closer to 1.9 or 2.0 inches.

2.1 Dh

I run Extreme XC's which are labelled 2.1 but are 2.2. The DH 2.1 is pretty much the same, but has deeper tread and a heavier casing. Some of my friends run the 2.1 DH on their trail duallies, and they appear the same size as my Extremes. IMO Tiogas always seem generously sized - a good thing.

Bigger than your average 2.1 tyre!

Yep definitely bigger than your average 2.1" tyre (closer to other manufacturers claimed 2.3" tyres).

The 2.1" DH certainly weigh a load more than something like a Fire XC Pro but you can run nice low pressures (30 psi or less) for more grip on stuff like wet roots.
