He has been on the payroll for about 30 years, but out of the news for about 10. The fact that he was collecting a check from CD for so long should be treated as a gift at this point.

Doping... it's such a blight on the sport. It makes us ask questions that we normally would not ask. There have been insinuations at times about Tinker's performance. This association will not help with those questions. Drug use and the testing that comes with it is certainly not in the spirit of American gravel racing.

Well what I meant was "Floyds of leadville" guys and their history in cycling...rats and scammed alot of money out of fans for their own gains. I personally don't care about the doping just who they are. I feel bad for tinker joining these guys because he's actually a decent human being.

Anyone from that era doped; common knowledge at this point. I love these guys and wish them well.

And we may see a crackdown in gravel racing of sorts given the fact that it's attracting a slew of former roadies looking for a change.
