Hey! A question to you Time Crunched Cyclist plan users. Has anyone flip flopped between the New Competitor plan and the Commuter plan in their training.

I can commute to work 1 day a week really but I'd like to incorporate that into my plan in order to save time.

Has anyone done this with success.

I use my commute home as a warm up and then hop on the trainer for the interval workout (new competitor program).

With only one day of commuting I don't know what you could possibly incorporate from a 7 day programme.

Depending on how long your commute is and on which day of the week, do some "biggest bang for the buck" workout. Zone 5 intervals of threshold rides. See how this can be fit into your current plan. Plans should be flexibe enough.
