Guys, I bought my bike a few years ago and thought I had bought an 18 inch frame. I am selling it on ebay (5hrs left) and a guy asked me to measure the top tube, it should be about 18". Well when I measured it, it was 21", doesn that mean my bike is actually 21"??? Please help...Thanks

Bike sizes are generally referring to the seat tube length.

measure "effective" ST. No welds or any crap like that. Just the tube itself.
