Good to hear from you again, my friend. Hope all is well. Look me up for some Orygun riding if/when you find yourself in the Salem area.@Sparticus
hi Davey!
Wow, blast from the past.... IIRC, it was challenging to find quality cogs > 20t. I probably have one or two sitting in a drawer.... never used. I think Paragon made them but I doubt it ever became a production item.
I believe it is the Microadaptor ring size. I put my carrier + ring combo together with aluminum chainring bolts because that's what I had on hand and they fit. But I never trusted alu CR bolts so I hope the thing holds together.I wonder if that's the same bolt pattern as the Avid Microadapter rings. Those came in 20T. The assembly could be lightened up with Ti chainring bolts, or better yet, Al male side/Ti female side.
No worries! MTBR’s famous for polluted threads and I, for one, think they’re a good thing. Except, you know, when they’re not.Sorry sParty. I polluted your thread with unrelated stuff, out of sheer excitement. It’s now removed. Carry on 😊
