Ya gotta love the monsoon storms upstate N.Y. gets, I sure do miss them. On a more boring note It's 85 degrees and not a cloud in the sky [day in and day out] here in San Diego.:eekster:EEKSTER I tell you it sure would be a tough job to be a weatherman in San Diego. Just run the tape from the day before and kick back. http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?zoneid=CAZ043
You've never experienced thunder until you've been at 13,700 feet and had the light and noise hit at the same time. Then the lightning runs along the ground, from rock to rock, for a couple hundred yards. Sounds like a 105 Mike Mike howitzer. That'll motivate you to get to lower elevation, like right now.
