Not trying to hijack this thread, but would a thudbuster be less likely or more likely to cause the dreaded seatpost-toptube crack potential??

That's what I'm thinking also. I may go that route on mine. I had a thudy on my Tassahara at one point and really liked it.

I thought about going to one but would rather find the Specialized one I had on my Tassajara. Never had a problem with pedal efficiency.

If I cant find it I may get a TB. I am first going tubeless and trying to run at 25lbs first.

I am riding a Cobia as well.
