The other day while going into oxygen debt on my Juan Solo an analogy popped into my head.

Read this on a Firearms forum:

"Be carefull of the guy with only one gun, he may actually know how to use it"

So as I am passing a FS with all the cables and 27 gears I was thinking:

"Be carefull of the guy with only one gear.................."

Just a thought from a newbie to SS, totally hooked!

Cool! I found out long ago that anyone on a SS is someone to be wary of in a race or even just cruising the hills...always saw humor in a SS passing my geared weight weenie $$$$ bike during a race. So a few months ago I decided to give SS a try and now I feel like the big gun in town. The geared guys at the races are starting to hate me I feel.

Maybe some of us are just too lazy to shift.
