I have no idea about what size or which material to use in replacing steel stuff.
Tell me if I can save some weight putting either Ti or Al on these parts that are hanging on a Hammerhead 100.:

Thomson stem/ seatpost
Sram XO rear derail and XO twist shifter
XT front derail.
Formula B4sl+ brakes and discs
XT crankset and rings
Fox shock and fork

My seat is an SLR, I have a DT 240 wheelset and old Ringle Ti skewers, Maxum bar, WCS foam grips, Eggbeathers...Hutch Python Air Lite rubber/ Stans.

Ok, Mo....

Thomson stem/ seatpost - Ti
Sram XO rear derail and XO twist shifter - GS: Aluminum or Ti, RD: Ti
XT front derail. - - Aluminum or Ti. Alum cheaper and as good.
Formula B4sl+ brakes and discs - Aluminum: Calipers, Rotors: Ti
XT crankset and rings - - Aluminum chainring bolts
Fox shock and fork? Where on the fork? Ti Bolts for the Rear Shock

My feelings and suggestions...
