I am 5'10"ish have about a 30" inseam and have the possibility to buy a Kona Kahuna online, so I wouldn't get a chance to try it out. Would a 16" frame be too small, I've never gotten on a bike that small. If so what problems would I run into and could they be fixed?

Compare the ETT lengths and seat tube angles of this and your current bike. The seat tube length does not matter. I am just under 6'1", 35" inseam, and have fit on production frames from 17" to 20"

Currently I'm riding a 20" Raleigh Mojave 2.0 and its a little big. The standover height is a little much, its TT is 578mm, the seat angle is 73, and a standover height of 794. The 16" Kona Kahuna has a TT of 572, the seat angle is 74, and the standover height is 773. I'm not an expert but that doesn't sound too bad.

Pretty close. The steeper STA on the Kona will actually make the reach a bit longer than your current bike if you use the same length stem and same bar.

The Kona should be OK for you with the usual fitting tweaks.
