It it's not proprietary... what finishing process and materials do you use on these Raw frames?

Just curious... have done a fair amount of metal polishing (motorcycle parts mostly) and am always interested in how the pros do it.

You Eddy. Not sure if you've seen one in the flesh but it looks like it is bead blasted - stickers - clearcoat.

The frames are lightly sanded, decals applied and then a clearcoat finish.

The XTR cranks were polished and modified by Jeff Jones. The rest of the parts were done at a local Hot Rod shop.

My LBS called in my order today for a one 9 frame.. wanted godzilla green but they discontinued the color.. So I went with RAW. Wont have to worry about paint chipping

I agree it is ridiculously hot! You should offer all your bikes in the raw color. It is so pure, no paint, no other color is nicer than raw. Beautiful !

Would be really nice to see a matching rigid fork. I know it is different metal, so not sure how "matching" it would be, but looks like black is the most reasonable current combo for the non-squishy type riders.
