"Hey buddy, let me show you the way your Uncle D used to do this..."

He's racing and tearing it up at the local cross races after his Dad races - secretly I teach him BMX tricks, he can now bust one-footers off this jump. Soon, foot jam endos and bunnyhops. He's not ready for flatland tricks, but come teenage years, I will have taught him everything I know. :)

He just got a 16lb. Intense mini-racer for Christmas - kinda cool when the entire family, including his grandparents are into bikes.

Reminds me of the multiple watermelon sized scabs that resulted from cherries on my hips and bloody elbows after either learning to wheelie or ramping off of whatever we could find in the alley behind my house when I was 4-7. Great pictures.

I was actually going to get him a "launch ramp" for Christmas, but my brother said "No" because he deosn't want him trying to jump his new race bike. :nono:
