Anyone ridden this trail lately?

I haven't been on it since December, before the deluge.
I've heard the water was really high and conditions are pretty miserable from the Ken Burton junction on down.
Anyone care to give an update?
Man, I want to ride this trail before it gets hot and dusty!

Red Box to Switzer is Great

Ridden from Redbox to Switzers recently. The trail is in great condition. The waterfall section is a bit tough though. Last time I rode from the Ken Burton to JPL section it was a POS trail and that was in early fall before the rain. I am a little bitter about the experience as you can see . Others have said it's fine.

yeah, Redbox to Switzers is really nice right now.
But, I really like the section that drops down to the arroyo from switzer's falls.
I'm just a little concerned about all that water and a bunch of hike a bikes.

[New bike + water x sand = bad news!!!]
